These terms apply to pumpkin delivery, fall porch styling and optional pickup services provided by Pumpkins At the Porch in Mason, Ohio and surrounding communities.
Quotes and booking
Submitting the website form requests a quote and does not create a booking. We confirm the package, service address, installation timing and final price with you before accepting a deposit. A deposit reserves your installation date or week. Route timing may be given as an arrival window rather than an exact time.
Pricing and payment
Package prices are starting prices and do not include Ohio sales tax. Final pricing may change for larger porches, unusual access, travel outside our standard service area, requested pickup or custom scope. The remaining balance is due before or at installation unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Fresh materials and design
Pumpkins, gourds, mums and other natural products vary in color, size, shape and availability. We select a balanced seasonal mix and may make reasonable substitutions while keeping the overall size and character of the purchased package. Because these are perishable outdoor materials, weather, wildlife and normal aging may affect the display after installation.
Access and installation
You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the porch and for identifying fragile surfaces, hidden hazards, building restrictions or placement limitations before installation. Please secure pets and move items that could interfere with the work. We may pause or reschedule service when access or conditions are unsafe.
Weather and schedule changes
Rain, high winds, severe weather, product delays or other conditions outside our reasonable control may require an installation change. We will contact you and use the next practical route opening. A weather-related adjustment does not by itself cancel the order.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Deposits cover planning, reserved route time and product purchasing. Any refund or credit depends on when you cancel and whether materials have already been ordered, purchased or prepared for your installation. Approved scope changes may change the total price and schedule.
Pickup and disposal
End-of-season pickup is optional and is not included in package pricing. Standard pickup after Thanksgiving is available for $75 when selected and confirmed with your quote. Other dates, locations or special disposal needs may require a separate quote. Until pickup occurs, the display remains at your property and should be maintained or removed if it becomes unsafe.
Property and liability
We use reasonable care during delivery, styling and pickup. Please tell us in advance about delicate surfaces or property conditions. To the extent permitted by law, Pumpkins At the Porch is not responsible for deterioration of natural materials or damage caused after installation by weather, animals, pests, third parties or conditions outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Photos and personal information
A porch photo submitted with a quote is used to evaluate and plan your requested service. We will not use a customer-submitted photo for public marketing without permission. Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
