Pumpkins At the Porch provides pumpkin delivery and fall porch styling in Mason, Ohio and nearby communities. This page explains what information we collect when you request a quote, and how we use it. We are a small local business, not a law firm, and this notice is meant to be a plain-language summary rather than a legal document.
What we collect
When you submit the quote request form, we collect the information you choose to enter, which may include:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your service ZIP code and, if you provide it, your street address
- The package and scheduling options you select
- A photo of your porch, if you choose to upload one
- Any notes you add about your porch or request
How we use it
We use this information to prepare your quote, confirm scope and scheduling, plan delivery routes, and contact you about your request. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
How it's handled
Quote requests are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit, a third-party form-to-email service. FormSubmit receives the information you submit only in order to route it to our inbox; we don't have any relationship with FormSubmit beyond that. From there, your information lives in our own email and business records, which we keep only as long as reasonably needed to provide service and keep basic business records.
Your choices
Most fields on our quote form are optional or can be left general (for example, ZIP code instead of full address, or skipping the photo upload). If you'd like us to delete information you've sent us, or have any questions about this policy, contact us directly.
