Do I need to be home?
Usually no. We confirm access and placement details before installation.
How is my date reserved?
After we confirm your package, address and route timing, a deposit reserves your installation date or week. The remaining balance is due before or at installation.
What happens in bad weather?
Rain, high winds or unsafe conditions may require us to adjust the installation time. If that happens, we contact you and move the visit to the next practical route opening.
What colors will you use?
We create a balanced seasonal mix using the best fresh pumpkins available. Exact colors, sizes and varieties vary naturally.
Is end-of-season pickup available?
Yes. Standard pickup after Thanksgiving is available for $75 and can be selected in the quote form. Other timing or addresses outside our standard route may require a separate quote.
What happens to the display after installation?
We style fresh, natural materials for outdoor display. Weather, wildlife and normal aging can affect them after installation and are outside our control.
What if I need to cancel?
Contact us as early as possible. Deposits cover planning, route time and product purchasing, so refund options depend on timing and whether materials have already been sourced.
